Chennai: The Madras High Court has allowed DMK to bury former Chief Minister and DMK chief M Karunanidhi’s mortal remains at Marina Beach near Anna Samadhi. The Tamil Nadu government had earlier denied land at the beach for the former Chief Minister’s burial.
Prime Minister Modi has arrived in Chennai to pay last respects to M Karunanidhi. Congress President Rahul Gandhi is expected to reach Chennai later in the day.
