Burdwan: Two children were critically injured when a blast ripped through a house in West Bengal’s Burdwan district on Friday. The injured have been rushed to the Burdwan Medical College.
The house was believed to be used as a crude bomb making facility and chemicals and other explosives have been found on the spot, said police. The house belonged to a man named as Samir Hazra, who is absconding after the explosion.
Sources said that many suspected visitors have earlier came to the house and Hazra is believed to be the supplier of crude bombs.
