Kolkata: Children are not safe even in the state over forming of panchayat board setting up. Political workers have been seriously worried. Under these circumstances, the state BJP is planning to oganise a mega rally on September 6 in Kolkata.
The procession, headed by state BJP president Dilip Ghosh, will cross the important road of the city’s highway. But the details plan is not yet ready. The BJP activists of Kolkata, North and South 24 Parganas and Howrah will take part in the rally.
Trilochon Mahato and Dalit Dulal Kumar were killed in Purulia after the panchayat elections was over. Another BJP leader Shaktipada Sarkar was killed in South 24 Parganas. A few days ago, two BJP workers were found shot in Ghaghra Panchayat in Raghunathpur, Purulia. Party claims, they were killed by the police. Police have already started the investigation. Police denied all allegations.
Recent panchayat issues will be highlighted in Kolkata procession. The state government will not be able to maintain law and order. State observer Kailash Vijayvargiya, along with the top leadership of the state BJP, will participate in the procession.
