Jammu: BJP and PDP is all set to form a coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir and the two parties are believed to have firmed up a carefully drafted common Minimum Programme including Article 370 and AFSPA.
Senior BJP leader Ram Madhav said that the BJP-PDP have arrived at the CMP for governance. Both the parities are trying to find a common ground since both the sides have to make compromises.
On previous occasion BJP had said that talks were on with PDP and the results are proceeding towards a positive one. According to reports, PDP has stepped down from its demand on the issue of AFSPA while BJP has agreed to maintain the status quo on article 370.
