Is the fall of the terror outfit ‘Neo JMB’ destined? Will the Bangladeshi militant organization end forever? One must be wondering why such questions have arise.
Here are the reason that have raised such speculation:
As per report, Hadisur Rahman Sagor one of the most wanted ‘Neo JMB’ militant in the 2016 Gulshan café attack has been arrested by the (CTTC) Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit of Bangaldesh on the early hours of Thursday morning from Bogra. Along with Sagor another militant who was nabbed was Nilay,who is said as the prime accused in terror funding.
Earlier,among the other associate militants who executed this brutal act in Gulshan attack were nabbed and some were killed. Another bomb supplier Sohel Mahfuz alias Hatkata Mahfuz. Nurul Islam Marzan,one of the café attack masterminds was killed in a shootout with police in Dhaka in January and Sohel was arrested in Chapainawabganj on July 8 2017.
Sagor and Niloy have given great effort in uniting the terror organization Neo JMB.According to the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit of Bangaldesh (CTTC) after the two top militants were nabbed none of any other militant is left who can lead the organisation now.

Hence, it is believed that there is no one in Neo JMB who can take the legacy ahead. But JMB (Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh) chief Salauddin still absconding, it is assumed that he is in India. NIA had announced ten lakhs rupees as award who will help to track him.
JMB and Neo JMB are trying to extent their Islamic militancy ideology in the two nations India and Bangladesh.
It is believed that Neo JMB chief and the Gulshan attack mastermind Tamim Chowdhury alias ‘Banglar Baagh’ has recruited Sagor in their organization. Sagor was assigned to make explosives for the organization. Sagor was the top arms supplier. “Neo JMB” coordinator Tamim Ahmed Chowdhury was killed along with his two accomplices in an operation at a militant den in Narayanganj on August 27, 2016. He was thought to be the Gulshan attack mastermind.
The arms and explosive which was exported from India for the Gulshan attack. Militant Sagor was one of the kingpins behind it. It is said that Sagor was the close aide of another top bomb supplier Sohel Mahfuz alias Hatkata Mahfuz.
