Bengal Govt to distribute relief material in Nepal


Kolkata: Extending its effort to assist Nepal in the aftermath of a devastating quake, which left more than 8000 dead and rumbled the Himalayan nation, West Bengal government will distribute relief material to the victims.

A team under North Bengal development Minister Gautam Deb will visit Raxaul in Nepal to distribute relief material among the quake victims on Sunday. Earlier Bengal Chief minister Mamata Banerjee had visited kankarvita in Nepal and distributed relief material among the victims.
