Bengal Budget: Entertainment to bring more fun

Kolkata: Amit Mitra stands by culture and entertainment savy generation in his budget. The tax of Musical Soiree, magic show and dance and some other non-cinema entertainment was available upto tickets of value Rs.60.

But as of the latest announcement, the tax limit has been extended from Rs. 60 to Rs. 100. This relief will help the organisers of such entertainments to hold such programmes viably, feels Amit Mitra.

The announcement is also likely to bring in smiles to the faces of all musical and cultural organizers.
