New Delhi: Audi on Thursday welcomed the captain of the Indian national cricket team Virat Kohli into the Audi Q family by adding another ‘quattro’ muscle into his fleet. Rahil Ansari, Head, Audi India handed over the keys of the SUV icon Audi Q7 45 TDI in Carerra White colour to the national cricket icon Virat Kohli.

The Q7 is not Virat Kohli’s first Audi. In fact, the captain of the Indian cricket team is also the owner of a Audi R8 LMX Limited Edition, Audi R8 V10, Audi A8L W12 Quattro, Audi S6 and Audi Q7 4.2 TDi.
The Audi Q7, priced at Rs 72 lakh (ex showroom, New Delhi), was launched on December 11, 2015. The particular Q7 that is gifted to Virat Kohli comes with a 3.0-litre TDI, diesel which churns out 245bhp of peak power and 600Nm of peak torque, mated to a eight-speed tiptronic automatic gearbox with Audi’s quattro AWD function.
