Apex Court Adjourns Article 35A Case To January


Srinagar: The Supreme Court of India has adjourned the case on Article 35A to second week of January on Friday.

The lawyer from Tushar Mehta representing Jammu & Kashmir submitted before Supreme Court Of India that “All the security agencies are engaged in the preparation of the local body elections in the state.

Attorney General, K K Venugopal informed that the apex court wants the local body elections to go in a peaceful manner. Currently all the security agencies are occupied in the preparation of the local body elections.
