Anushka Sharma, Once Asked Rahul Dravid To Return Her Pen

Mumbai: While Anushka Sharma is dating Indian cricket team’s Test skipper Virat Kohli, she recently revealed a funny incident involving none other Rahul Dravid.

The Bollywood actress, who enjoyed a solid run at the box office after being a part of blockbusters like Sultan which starred Salman Khan, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which had Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Fawad Khan, opened up about how she asked the Indian cricket legend, who is now India A and Under-19 coach, to return her pen after signing autographs.

Anushka, who is from Bengaluru, went to get an autograph from Dravid for her brother when the cricketer was at the MA Chinnaswamy Stadium for a shoot.

“When Rahul Dravid came for a shoot at (MA) Chinnaswamy Stadium, we went to see him. I took my brother’s book and pen and went up to Dravid for his autograph, since he was feeling shy. I was never star struck,” a Zee News report quoted Anushka Sharma as saying.

“Dravid took my pen and started signing other autographs too. After waiting for him to return my pen, I walked up to him and asked for it back,” added the report.

Anushka also spoke about her relationship with Virat. She said, “Sometimes I wish I was never a part of this industry that puts me in the spotlight. Dealing with Winners of 27 world series, they have got the wage bill to the hatred is tough.”
