Air Force aircraft crashes in Odisha

Bhubaneshwar: An Air Force aircraft crashed in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district on Wednesday, but there have been no report of casualty so far. On the same day, an IAF advanced jet trainer hawk also crashed near Baharagora in Jharkhand, but both pilots had ejected safely.

More details in both incidents are awaited. Only last month, a Sukhoi SU-30 combat jet of the Indian Air Force (IAF) had crashed in Assam, but both the pilots were safe. In March, the Indian Air Force’s Jaguar aircraft had crashed in a field in Haryana’s Kurukshetra district. no casualties were reported.
