Adhir Chowdhury Urges Army’s Help To Douse Bagri Inferno

Baharampur: The inferno still continues in Bagri market of Canning Street in North Kolkata. After prolonged attempts the fire officials are unable to douse the devastating fire. It’s been more than 33 hours that the blaze has engulf the entire building. State Congress president Adhir Chaudhary criticized the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee claiming the entire fault of this devastation to the state administration. The MP questioned, if fire fighters failed then why the state didn’t take the help from the army?

Chief Minister is now on Europe visit to fetch the investors in Bengal. This issue was also earlier raised by the state Congress president. And now he has joined CM’s Europe visit with the Bagri tragedy. Snubbing the CM he said, “Which industrialist will invest in the state where it is not possible to douse fire even after 35 hours?” He also condemned the Chief Minister’s foreign visit as vague.

Why did the state ministers didn’t arrange any meeting for the Bagri baze douse? The Congress leader has strongly criticised about the skill of the 11 members of the cabinet, raising questions on them. Even after army reached the spot they were not put in action claims the Robinhood of Beharampur.
