Activists Of BJP Paid Tribute To Atalji At BJP HQ Bengal

Kolkata: As a mark of respect to India’s former prime minister and Bharat Ratna awardee, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, nation mourned at his loss. All the Central government offices across the country observed a half-day on Friday.There will also be a seven day national mourning.The leaders and activists of Bengal BJP paid tribute to the political ‘guru’ at BJP’s Bengal headquarters, in number 6, Muralidhar Sen Lane.

On Friday, Vajpayee’s funeral was broadcast live from the Rashtriya Smriti Sthal of Delhi.Bengal BJP headquarter also saw the broadcast on the projector screen.

Party supporters and activists gathered at Bengal BJP headquarters in Kolkata.They paid tribute to the great politician.People present in the party office paid tribute to the former Prime Minister’ picture.The president of Bengal BJP Mahila Morcha Locket Chatterjee, general secretary Debashri Chowdhury, general secretary Pratap Banerjee, along with the party workers, watched the live broadcast of the funeral of former Prime Minister on the projector screen. Youth leader Monikanchan Pal was also present at he the BJP headquarter on this day.

The state BJP headquarter have closed all their work for three days in the memory of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the seven days mourning will continue.
