Raqqa: Seven ISIS militants have been boiled alive after fleeing the battlefield in Iraq. The seven fighters had their hands and legs tied up tightly before being thrown into a huge boiling water pot, local Arabic-language media has reported.
The reports, made by a local source in Mosul city, said that the ISIS/Daesh punished the seven fighters for fleeing the Sharqat battlefield in Salahuddin province.
It is understood that the horrific deaths were part of a mass execution of 19 soldiers who were charged with deserting the battlefield in the al-Shuhada region.
An unnamed source, quoted by the American Herald Tribune, said: “The ISIS terrorists executed 19 of its elements who fled from the latest battles against the security forces in the neighborhoods of al-Shuhada and al-Nassaf in Central Fallujah.
“This came after the issuance of death sentence against them by ISIL court.”
The horrific execution method has been used before with the Daily Mail previously reporting on the experiences of a teenage Yazidi victim, who was a captive of the Islamic State militants group.
The young woman was raped daily by the terrorists after having been sold at an auction of virgins. She was gang-raped but was also scalded on the thigh with boiling water if she did not obey her captor’s demands.
