7 kg gold biscuits seized at Hyderabad airport


Hyderabad: Gold biscuits weighing around seven kg which were allegedly being smuggled by two women passengers were seized on Thursday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad , a custom official said.

The women who arrived at the airport by a flight from Dubai initially denied carrying the yellow metal. However, after checking they were found to be in possession of seven kg gold biscuits, the officer said.
