New Delhi: Major Government Carrier Air India is in trouble once again. 30 Senior Pilots of the carrier have resigned from their jobs. All of them were the pilots of Air India’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
According to Hindustan Times, nearly 15 crore rupees were spent in providing training to these pilots over a period of three years. All of them have above 4,000 hours of flying experience. Hence they will be able to join any Air carrier in the future as pilots.
Although it is still not clear why the pilots resigned from their jobs, it is being speculated that they were not happy with the payment and the standard of their jobs and future prospects.
