20 terrorists killed in Aerial attacks in Pakistan


Islamabad: 20 terrorists have been killed during airstrikes in a tribal agency of Pakistan on Friday. Around 18 terrorists were also injured in airstrikes in the Khyber Agency according the statement by Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR).

The aerial strikes came in the midst of the ongoing Khyber-2 operation launched by the army in the tribal region following the attack on Peshawar Army school which left more than 140 people mostly children dead.

The region where the attack was conducted is known to be a stronghold of militants belonging to the proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and an allied group called Lashkar-e-Islam.
