New Delhi: Blind followers of a self-styled godman or god woman will not end. The latest entrant in the list is a Delhi Police SHO who gave his chair to the self-styled god woman Radhe Maa.
Dressed in her favourite red colour traditional attire, Radhe Maa was given a warm welcome at Vivek Vihar Police Station in East Delhi. She sat on the SHO Sanjay Sharma’s chair while the officer stood next to her with folded hands.
During this entire time, the police station was resonated with the sound of ‘Radhe, Radhe’. The Delhi Police has initiated an inquiry into the incident, which took place on the occasion of Maha Ashtami, during Navaratri on September 28.
As per reports, she had come to attend a Ramleela and due to heavy crowd gathering around, SHO Sharma took her to the police station.
The self styled god woman has been accused of dowry harassment, sexual harassment and posing threats to people. Recently, an institution of saints has declared her as a “fake saint”.
