Islamabad: Sixteen countries will participate in military exercises aimed at enhancing physical and military capabilities of troops next week in this eastern Pakistani city.
A 25-member Sri Lankan army team arrived here yesterday to take part in the six-day ‘Physical Agility and Combat Efficiency System’ military exercises, The News International reported citing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Sixteen countries will participate in the drills aimed at enhancing physical and military capabilities of troops, the report said.
The report, however, did not name the countries participating in the exercises. The first-ever joint military exercise between Pakistan and Russian military commenced on September 27 and concluded on October 10.
